JD Residential Services is dedicated to providing our clients with the best care possible. We know that choosing the right assisted living facility is an important decision, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care to our clients.
Providing each client with self-advocacy and self-determination goals to allow them the opportunity for making the choices and decisions they want. We feel that having the right staff trained and providing compassionate care to each client is important for the facility to be successful. Giving each staff member the training to help each client be successful is key.

Our Services

Memory Care- We offer specialized memory care services to our clients with memory related issues. Staff go through training annually regarding dementia care.

Hospice Care- We offer hospice care for our clients to make sure they are able to be comfortable and stay at the facility. Our team goes through hospice training annually. You're not alone; we're in this together.

Respite Services- We provide services for short term stays. A temporary program that provides short-term care for the elderly to give caregivers a break

Housekeeping- We provide regular housekeeping and laundry services to keep each area clean and cozy.

Personalized Care Plans- The nurse will develop personalized care plans for each client based on their individual needs, preferences, and health conditons. These plans will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that our clients are receiving the best care.

Internet/Cable- We provide internet and cable tv services.

Care and Supervision- We provide 24/7 care by awake staff to supervise the clients and their needs. Ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Medication Management- We provide medication management to all clients, by ordering the medication, keeping record of medication and training staff on medication management.

Appointments- We work closely with doctors and hospice to make sure clients receive the best possible care. We also will provide transportation to and from appointments.

Hairdresser- Contracted with a hairdresser that will come to the facility to provide clients with hair services in their home.
